The International Conference on Innovation in Biomedical Engineering and Life Sciences, ICIBEL, was held under the title “Synergies in Biomedical Innovations: Revolutionizing Collaborative Research for Future Healthcare Solutions”. It was organized in September this year by the Center for Innovation in Medical Engineering (CIME), University Malaya, co-hosted by Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, and was in collaboration with the Malaysian Society of Medical and Biological Engineering (MSMBE) and the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFBME). The ICIBEL conference covers the fields of Biomedical Engineering and is held every 2 years and brings together researchers from both academia and industry working in the field of biomedical and life sciences. The venue of the conference was Yogyakarta in Indonesia.
