We are pleased to update on the e-ballot results for the two new affiliate applications conducted in October 2010:
(1) College of Biomedical Engineers, Engineers Australia
Out of a total of 131 delegates, 72 voted in favour of the application, while 59 delegates did not vote.
(2) American College of Clinical Engineering
Out of a total of 131 delegates, 72 voted in favour of the application, while 59 delegates did not vote.
Following the IFMBE Constitution & Bylaw Committee and the endorsement of IFMBE Administrative Council, it is hereby announce that:
(1A) the College of Biomedical Engineers, Engineers Australia is now an affiliation (national) of IFMBE
(2A) the American College of Clinical Engineering is now an affiliation (transnational) of IFMBE
