Awards Committee

The James Zimmerman Prize (JZP) Charter has been approved by the IFMBE Administrative Council. The award is presented biannually either at the BIOMAG Conferences or during the Biomagnetism Session of the World Congress on Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering with a monetary award of 1,000 EUR.

In view of the collaboration between IFMBE and the International Advisory Board (IAB) of the BIOMAG Conferences, an agreement on cooperation was finalised on 15th September 2011. This agreement was signed on 26th February 2012 at the University of Zagreb between IFMBE President, Prof Hebert Voigt and the Chair, IAB of BIOMAG Conferences, Prof Selma Supek.
